💼 About This Role

You'll provide skilled home health physical therapy to clients in Maui, crafting individualized care plans and applying innovative techniques. You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team helping clients remain independent at home while making a meaningful impact on their quality of life.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility, strength, and balance
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises
• Implement integumentary protective interventions for wound prevention
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and safety

📋 Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in Hawaii
• Graduation from a CAPTE-approved program
• Solid computer skills for documentation
