🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead MRO sourcing projects in a high-growth industrial environment
• Manage Source to Contract activities: RFQ, supplier selection, negotiation
• Ensure quality and reliability of sourcing data in MRO BOM
• Contribute to category strategy development and process improvement

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in MRO/spare parts sourcing
• Solid knowledge of MRO market and purchasing models
• Proficiency with SAP (MRP – PIR)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in automotive, heavy industry, or chemical sectors
• Knowledge of Excel for BOM management
• Familiarity with ISO and IATF 16949 standards
