🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute global marketing strategy with focus on US expansion
• Oversee social and content strategy to drive engagement and reach
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team
• Partner with Product, eCommerce, and Operations teams for alignment

📋 Requirements

• Currently in a Head of Marketing or equivalent senior leadership role
• Proven experience leading brand-led marketing strategies in fashion
• Strong experience in US market marketing or scaling brands internationally
• Deep understanding of social-first marketing for digital-native audiences
