💼 About This Role

You'll drive improvements to our internal calibration program and quality management system. You'll partner across product development, production, and quality organizations to ensure equipment accuracy and compliance. This role offers a chance to build calibration systems from the ground up in a defense technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze and improve core calibration activities for calibrated devices.
• Define project milestones and monitor progress for quality management enhancements.
• Develop in-house calibration roadmap and optimize vendor vs. in-house work.
• Manage calibration database and ensure equipment rotations don't starve users.

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree in Science/Engineering or technical field.
• Experience managing calibration at a large organization in production.
• Experience with AS9100 and AS6500 standards application in calibration.
• Eligibility to obtain U.S. Secret security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
• Experience creating a metrology department from scratch.
• Precise measurement tools like caliper, micrometer, etc.
