Description

You will lead and scale the enterprise proposal function, owning the end-to-end RFP process for complex opportunities. This role involves managing cross-functional projects such as security assessments and due diligence, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and other teams to deliver high-quality proposals and drive revenue-critical initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise proposal management, RFP response, or bid management
• Strong writing, editing, and executive storytelling skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and compliance focus
• Experience managing security questionnaires and enterprise due diligence
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Responsive (RFPIO), or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end RFP and proposal response process for enterprise opportunities
• Develop compelling proposal narratives tailored to payer audiences
• Manage and improve proposal content library using win/loss insights
• Coordinate infosec and technical due diligence processes
• Serve as cross-functional project lead for complex enterprise deals
