🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop program and integration strategies for high-complexity initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end deal integration, tracking milestones and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness.
• Communicate status and issues to senior stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in strategy, management consulting, or corporate development.
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A integration or complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills across all levels.
• Bachelor's degree required.
