💼 About This Role

You'll join a new team building custom technical solutions for enterprise clients, including dashboards, BI, and integrations. You'll help structure the team and shape the service offering, working across Product, Data, Engineering, and Revenue teams. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of technologies and the chance to drive fast career progression in a SaaS LMS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop custom dashboards and BI solutions for clients
• Build custom connectors and integrations
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Review code and participate in process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or backend development
• Experience with at least one backend language (Node.js, Ruby, or Python)
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods
• Experience with SQL databases or Data Warehouses

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Workato or Snowflake
• French speaking ability
• Experience with BigCommerce
