💼 About This Role

You'll oversee financial operations of a capex-heavy automated manufacturing facility, partnering with factory leadership to drive cost improvements. Your work will establish scalable processes that support Hadrian's future factory expansions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations of the factory subsidiary
• Lead month-end close process for accurate financial reporting
• Analyze cost drivers and partner with leadership on efficiency
• Build and develop a finance team for the facility

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years progressive experience in accounting or finance
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures
• Experience with ERP implementations (NetSuite preferred)
• Must be a U.S. citizen or ITAR-compliant

• CPA or CMA certification
• Experience with NetSuite
• Experience partnering with engineering teams
