🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and enter customer orders.
• Turn product inquiries into orders and suggest accessories.
• Write bids and quotations and perform follow-up procedures.
• Document all customer contacts in ACS system.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of proven sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent people skills to interact with a wide range of people.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to type 40 WPM.

• Familiarity with CRM or order entry systems.
