🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement backend services in Rust
• Maintain and evolve existing Python services (FastAPI)
• Write maintainable, testable, and performant code
• Contribute to architectural decisions and data modeling

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience
• 3+ years of solid production experience with Rust
• Strong Python with FastAPI, asyncio, and type-driven development
• Deep understanding of microservices and communication patterns

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience migrating Python services to Rust under real load
• Exposure to vector databases (e.g., Qdrant)
• Experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
