💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end data migrations for medical aesthetics practices migrating to Prospyr's AI-powered platform, ensuring accurate and reliable transitions from legacy systems. You'll work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to map, clean, and validate high-stakes healthcare data. This role is critical to customer confidence and long-term success on the platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Import and validate patient, appointment, invoice, and membership data from legacy systems.
• Map, clean, normalize, and reconcile inconsistent or incomplete data.
• Perform QA checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity post-migration.
• Manage customer migration scope, timelines, and troubleshooting during go-live.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data migration, implementation, or technical operations in SaaS.
• Strong comfort working with CSVs, spreadsheets, and structured data.
• Experience mapping data across systems with different schemas.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple migrations in parallel.

• Experience with healthcare, EMR, POS, or financial data.
• SQL experience is a plus.
