Your core impact is making fulfillment faster, leaner, and more consistent while supporting mid-term scalability projects. Backed by $20M+ funding and serving 500+ brands, this role offers pan-European scope in a fast-growing logistics scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute Operations Excellence initiatives across EU warehouse network
• Document, test, and deploy SOPs to improve productivity and cost efficiency
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and build dashboards
• Collaborate with Technology teams to translate operational challenges into system improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in operations, consulting, or supply chain
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Willingness to spend time on the warehouse floor and travel 50%
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business

• SQL experience
• Lean or Six Sigma certification
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems
