💼 About This Role

You'll manage the compliance team's operations, focusing on Provident Fund and statutory requirements. You'll ensure timely resolution of PF requests and handle inspections. This role offers exposure to multiple labour law compliances in a contractual setup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage PF queries with quality and timely response
• Maintain tracker of all PF requests and ensure timely resolution
• Liaise with vendors and PF offices for speedy resolution
• Handle audit documentation and represent company in PF inspections

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in statutory compliance
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax
• Practical knowledge of PF transfer and withdrawal rules
• Experience with Shram Suvidha Portal and compliance portals

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CLRA, Shop Establishment, Trade License
• Experience with Apprentice NAPs/NATs Portal management
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting
