You'll lead retail operations across service centres, stock depots, and sales points in South Africa. Your core impact is ensuring customer experience standards and operational performance across multiple locations. This role offers genuine breadth in stock management, shop operations, and team leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor service centre performance and resolve customer escalations
• Supervise stock controllers and conduct inventory audits
• Manage shop branding, permits, and physical standards
• Develop training materials and close team knowledge gaps

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory role in retail operations
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems and retail processes
• Organisational capability to manage diverse teams including trainers and customer care staff
• Willingness to travel countrywide

• Knowledge of SLA reporting and CASAT systems
