You'll lead the modernization of healthcare EDI integration systems migrating legacy EDI to cloud-native architectures. You will shape scalable, cloud-ready solutions for HIPAA X12 and FHIR-based interoperability. This is a high-impact technical leadership role in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and development of EDI and FHIR integration solutions
• Define integration architecture standards and enforce best practices
• Build reusable frameworks for data validation and error handling
• Guide modernization from legacy EDI to cloud-native microservices

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years in healthcare EDI
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA X12 transactions and HL7 standards
• Strong programming experience in Java, C#, or Go

✨ Nice to Have

• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Exposure to Edifecs, XEngine, or related EDI platforms
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
