💼 About This Role

You'll build polished user experiences across frontend and backend for a high-performing product at HUD, a platform powering RL training data for frontier AI agents. You'll ship end-to-end features, talk directly with customers, and turn feedback into product improvements. This role offers equity in a fast-growing YC startup and hands-on work with cutting-edge AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and ship end-to-end product features across frontend and backend
• Translate product and design requirements into intuitive user interfaces
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience owning products end-to-end and working across the stack
• Evidence of rapid learning and adaptability in technical environments
• A portfolio of shipped products or live demos showing frontend craftsmanship
• Startup experience in early-stage technology companies

• Experience with reinforcement learning or model training workflows
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and A/B testing
