You'll lead complex financial instrument valuations for a rapidly growing consultancy backed by New Mountain Capital. You will manage engagements from start to finish, mentor junior team members, and support business development. This role offers high impact and accelerated career growth in a hybrid culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform valuation analysis on illiquid investments across industries and geographies.
• Design financial models including option pricing models and Monte Carlo simulations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering tailored solutions.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field from a top program.
• Eight plus years of experience constructing and reviewing valuation models.
• Proficiency in R, Python, MATLAB, or similar for simulation-based models.
• Located in or willing to relocate to one of the listed cities.

✨ Nice to Have

• CFA, FRM or PRM certification.
• Proven ability to uncover and sell new opportunities.
