💼 About This Role

You'll own the design and performance of Wonderschool's multi-agent system, driving revenue through agent-driven workflows and tying performance to business outcomes. You'll take a partially working system to production-grade reliability, working hands-on while leading a small team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy agent workflows to boost conversion and revenue
• Own architecture of multi-agent system including OpenClaw and Claude Code
• Redesign workflows for reliable end-to-end execution
• Drive adoption by enabling teams to use agents in daily work

📋 Requirements

• Strong engineering background building and shipping production systems
• Experience with AI systems, LLMs, or automation in real environments
• Ability to debug complex systems and improve reliability
• Experience building internal tools or developer systems strongly preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or working with multi-agent systems
• Experience with workflow automation or internal platforms
• Background as a founder or early engineer at a startup
