Description

You will lead the design and architecture of a Unified Data Platform serving 20+ product modules. You will work with senior engineering leaders, mentor engineers, and build MVPs/POCs for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• 15+ years of hands-on backend development in data platform space
• Deep expertise in batch (Spark) and stream processing (Flink, Kafka Streams)
• Deep experience with OLAP datastores (Pinot, Druid, Clickhouse)
• Deep experience with JVM languages (Java, Scala, Kotlin)

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of Unified Data Platform
• Build MVPs and POCs for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics
• Author functional/non-functional specifications and design documents
• Design and automate infrastructure setup using Helm, Terraform
• Perform peer reviews of specifications, designs, and code
