Description

You will own everything after the robot leaves the lab: lead deployments, diagnose and resolve complex field failures, monitor performance, and build scalable procedures. Your work directly shapes product priorities and ensures reliability in real-world environments.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in field engineering, systems integration, or technical operations with hands-on hardware deployment
• Bachelor's in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, CS, or related field
• Strong foundation in both hardware and software across full systems
• Sharp diagnostic instincts across the hardware-software boundary
• Willingness to travel up to ~75% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onsite robot deployments and commissioning
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware-software field failures
• Track field performance and translate observations into engineering priorities
• Develop deployment procedures, playbooks, and global scaling standards
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders as on-site RoboForce representative
