Description

You will be the face of Carvana, creating a memorable pickup experience for customers at our car Vending Machine. You'll complete paperwork, address customer questions, and ensure a positive experience while maintaining clean driving records and performing physically demanding tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing and loading/unloading vehicles
• Work in indoor/outdoor conditions with inclement weather exposure
• Walk/stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Must read, write, speak and understand English

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pickup experience for customers at the Vending Machine
• Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in tracking system
• Address customer questions and minor technical issues related to Vending Machine process
• Drive safely and maintain clean driving record per Carvana CMV Driver Qualification policy
• Obtain Notary within 90 days (sponsored by Carvana), and Vehicle Verifier license in California
