💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer experiences in a sustainable fashion store, coaching team members and driving sales. You'll support store operations as Manager on Duty. This role blends service excellence with leadership growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and model exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Coach and guide team members to uphold brand standards.
• Drive personal and team sales results through clienteling.
• Assist with in-store events and operational tasks as Manager on Duty.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift and lift 25 lbs.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week including weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Previous leadership responsibility.
• Experience with merchandising or stockroom tasks.
