You'll provide technical support to the sales process as a thought leader and trusted advisor for MNOs. Your core impact is driving Parallel Wireless's Open RAN solutions in the Pacific region. This role stands out with global reach and remote flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support to sales and act as trusted advisor to MNOs
  • Document complete RAN and other solutions with diagrams and descriptions
  • Follow industry technology trends and serve as regional subject matter expert
  • Communicate customer requirements to development and support teams

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Solution Sales Engineering with MNOs
  • Deep understanding of Radio Access Network/OSS and Core across 2G/4G/5G
  • Extensive knowledge of MNOs and cellular networks
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with Open RAN solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within the region
