💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Analytics Performance function at HelloFresh France, driving strategic data-led decisions and owning the analytics pipeline. You will act as a core business partner to the France CEO, coaching a high-performing team and leveraging AI to automate processes while overseeing the OKR framework and strategic planning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive strategic decision-making by vetting major initiatives and AB tests.
• Build a high-performing team of analysts and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as key Business Partner to France leadership, overseeing OKR framework.
• Spearhead integration of gen AI within analytics and commercial functions.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in business analytics in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent SQL/Tableau and Excel skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
• Fluency in English and French.
