Description

You will lead the product vision for Coupang's Labour Management System, a platform that plans, allocates, and optimizes the workforce across fulfillment and logistics. You'll collaborate with engineering, operations, and HR to build products that directly impact workforce availability, productivity, and compliance at scale.

Requirements

• Proven track record of creating platform products combining operational workflows with data/AI
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in workforce management, HR tech, logistics, or marketplaces (preferred)
• Exposure to multi-country high-scale operations (preferred)
• Familiarity with compliance-heavy enterprise SaaS (preferred)
