  • Manage enterprise client portfolio from onboarding to renewal and expansion
  • Develop data-driven success plans aligned with customer objectives
  • Drive product adoption and value realization through tailored strategies
  • Identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities with sales teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise customer success or account management experience
  • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with large, complex accounts
  • Experience engaging C-level stakeholders with strong communication skills
  • Fluency in French and English (additional languages a plus)
