💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy predictive ML models for customer acquisition and retention as a critical analytical partner to our Go-To-Market teams. You'll embed in GTM data to uncover insights and drive actionable recommendations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role offers the opportunity to apply causal inference and experimentation to directly impact business efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy LTV, attribution, and propensity models
• Design and analyze controlled experiments (A/B, Bayesian, causal inference)
• Execute deep dives to discover latent user behavior and root causes of metric changes
• Define and govern a unified KPI framework mapping GTM activities to business outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in applied data science or GTM analytics
• Python or R proficiency (Scikit-Learn, pandas, numpy)
• Expert-level SQL
• Experience building production-ready predictive models (LTV, attribution, propensity)

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in quantitative discipline
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, Databricks, or Snowflake
• SaaS domain experience
