As a Solutions Engineer at Cribl, you'll combine technical expertise with storytelling to help customers discover the full potential of our data platform in real-world environments. You will demo the product, answer questions during sales calls, support proof-of-concept workshops, and document interesting use cases.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in Sales Engineering
  • Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security
  • Reside in the Eastern region of the United States

Responsibilities

  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
  • Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls
  • Support customers during proof steps such as workshops and POVs
  • Document interesting use cases in blog posts
