You'll own technical delivery for medium-to-large projects spanning multiple quarters, ensuring reliability and auditability in a regulated environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable systems, services, and user-facing workflows
• Own technical design and delivery for medium-to-large engineering projects
• Translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into reliable software
• Improve system reliability, performance, observability, and data consistency

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 4+ years experience building and operating production software systems
• Experience building scalable services, APIs, or web applications in cloud environments
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Kotlin

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, banking infrastructure, or regulated financial systems
• Familiarity with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, Kafka, or gRPC
• Experience building systems for reliability, auditability, and operational controls
