You'll lead cloud operations and reliability for a global SaaS platform running across multiple AWS regions. Your team will drive improvements in system observability, incident management, and operational efficiency. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own availability, performance, and resilience of multi-region AWS platform.
• Drive improvements in system reliability through SLIs/SLOs and proactive engineering.
• Lead incident response and reduce MTTR across the organization.
• Guide architecture decisions for microservices, Kubernetes, and serverless workloads.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps roles.
• Recent experience leading CloudOps/SRE teams in a SaaS environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS multi-region architectures and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Deep experience with incident management and reliability engineering practices.

• Familiarity with legacy .NET solutions hosted in private data centers.
