You will provide first-line technical support to employees across global offices, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues on Windows and macOS. You'll manage IT requests for cloud services like Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom, and lead onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure security compliance.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT support roles
  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS environments
  • Knowledge of cloud services: Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom
  • Familiarity with Azure AD, Intune, or similar MDM
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support across global offices

  • Manage IT requests for cloud services (M365, Slack, Zoom, SaaS)
  • Administer cloud infrastructure (Azure AD, Intune, Kandji, AWS)
