💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted technical voice guiding customers toward clarity and alignment on end-to-end solutions. You'll own the technical relationship with prospects and customers, ensuring technical fit and driving deal progression. This hybrid role is based in London or Dublin with 3 in-office days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the technical relationship with prospects and customers.
• Deliver tailored, narrative-driven demonstrations of Vanta's solution.
• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and qualification.
• Ensure seamless post-sale handoff to the implementation team.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a solutions engineer or similar role.
• Previous B2B SaaS experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and OS.
• General knowledge of a scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript).

• Prior experience in the cybersecurity space.
• Familiarity with REST API development and integrations.
• Experience using AI tools to amplify skills.
