💼 About This Role

You'll own the demand generation function at a Series A cybersecurity startup, building and executing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline. You'll have the latitude to build the marketing engine from scratch while working closely with the CEO and BDR team. This role offers a product worth marketing to intelligent security practitioners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute demand generation strategy across paid, organic, email, and partner channels.
• Build and manage integrated campaigns from awareness to pipeline.
• Develop nurture programs tied to buyer stage and persona.
• Own marketing tech stack (HubSpot), CRM integration, and attribution reporting.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• 2+ years in cybersecurity, observability, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of building integrated campaigns that generate pipeline.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing marketing programs for both enterprise and Federal/SLED segments.
• Experience building ABM programs for named accounts or target verticals.
