You'll manage technology infrastructure and provide end-user support for a collaborative AI lab. Your work will ensure seamless operations for engineering and GTM teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage software and services for productivity
• Resolve IT issues including device troubleshooting
• Develop automated workflows to reduce manual tasks
• Administer Okta, MDM, and SaaS platforms

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical IT support role
• Experience with Okta administration and Okta Workflows
• Proficiency in Kandji, JAMF, Intune or similar MDM
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Office 365

✨ Nice to Have

• Okta Certified Professional or Administrator certification
• Office network troubleshooting with Cisco Meraki
• Python programming or scripting, API integrations
