🎯 What You'll Do

• Process inbound and outbound payments including customer, invoice, and refund payments.
• Resolve payment queries by liaising with Customer Support, Credit Operations, and other teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Complete mandatory training and ensure team compliance with policies.

• Previous experience in inbound and outbound payments.
• Experience in financial services.
• Familiarity with core banking systems.
• Knowledge of financial services rules and guidelines.
