Description

As an Equity Research Associate at Clear Street, you'll support a senior analyst covering energy and industrial companies with a focus on renewable energy, clean tech, and conventional energy. You'll build financial models, draft research reports, and communicate findings to clients, gaining exposure to company executives and institutional investors.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of fundamental equity research experience with financial modeling skills
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• FINRA SIE/Series 7, 63, 86, and 87 licenses required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and utilize financial models to support analyses and investment recommendations
• Keep senior analysts informed of significant daily news and market developments
• Perform targeted industry and company research via surveys, KOLs, and primary data
• Contribute to in-depth research reports including investment strategies and coverage assessments
• Build and sustain relationships with executives, industry experts, sales/trading teams, and investors
