Description

You will execute and optimize seasonal campaigns, education programs, and adoption initiatives that drive member engagement across a B2B2C experience. This role involves hands-on execution, A/B testing, and data-driven improvements to lifecycle touchpoints, directly impacting member wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Strong execution skills in lifecycle marketing
  • Curious about data and energized by complex member journeys
  • Experience with campaign QA, segmentation, and personalization
  • Ability to document results and synthesize learnings

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end seasonal and thematic campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels
  • Build and maintain educational nurtures, newsletters, and care-modality spotlights with segmentation
  • Run behavior-based and trigger-driven programs to increase feature activation and repeat engagement
  • Execute A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, subject lines, send timing, and segmentation
  • Track and report on campaign KPIs including open rates, click rates, feature activation, and care outcomes
