💼 About This Role

You'll lead AI-native design initiatives across Replit's platform, shaping how millions create software with natural language. You'll drive end-to-end product design from strategy to pixel-perfect UI. This role offers ownership across all design levels in a fast-moving startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive product design from concept to delivery, including sketches, user flows, and prototypes
• Test and validate ideas through user interviews and concept testing
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on requirements and sequencing
• Design improvements for Replit AI through Chat and other interfaces

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience as a designer for SaaS and software authoring tools
• Advanced knowledge of developer tools
• Ability to drive work forward and deliver experiences users love
• Extreme ownership: comfortable setting goals and balancing velocity with quality
