You'll join Backcountry's retail team as a Seasonal Retail Gearhead, connecting customers with premium outdoor gear and apparel. Your core impact is providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers with purchases
• Provide product information and recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock merchandise

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Passion for outdoor activities and knowledge of gear

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous retail sales experience
• Specialized knowledge in skiing, snowboarding, biking, climbing, or fly fishing
• Some college coursework
