You'll manage a portfolio of restaurant partners at TheFork, driving revenue through proactive account management. Your core impact is building long-term partnerships and executing promotional plans to optimize restaurant performance. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Grow revenue from restaurant portfolio by selling and activating solutions
  • Act as main point of contact, building strong long-term partnerships
  • Support portfolio via email and phone on positioning and revenue management
  • Negotiate commercial conditions to improve margins and seat occupancy

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of account management or commercial experience
  • Fluent French and fluent English
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Ability to manage high-volume calls (20-50/day) and large portfolios (600-1000 accounts)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in Internet or technology sector
  • Experience pitching and selling promotions or deals
  • Knowledge of revenue management concepts
