You'll visit provider offices to retrieve medical records for Datavant's healthcare data platform. Your role ensures accurate and timely chart collection, supporting AI and research in healthcare. This hybrid position offers mileage reimbursement and chart incentives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Visit provider offices to scan or upload medical records
• Manage weekly schedule and confirm appointments
• Communicate daily progress with remote team
• Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and systems

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability Monday-Friday 8am-5pm at least three days per week
• Reliable insured personal vehicle and valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills: scan, save, rename files, upload to servers
