💼 About This Role

You'll drive training efforts for customers of a best-in-class Revenue Management System used by thousands of property managers. You'll ensure smooth onboarding and integration of Property Management Systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience. This role works CET hours and is part of a global, diverse team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support account configuration and customizations for new customers
• Facilitate integration and migration of Property Management Systems (PMS)
• Contribute to go-to-market validation frameworks for integrations
• Create and maintain documentation on technical and product processes

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or implementation
• Fluent in English
• Experience maintaining support center articles and documentation
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience with systems migrations and set-up
• Experience using tools like Jira, Posthog, or Excel
