💼 About This Role

You'll design and configure virtualization environments for the NNGEM application and integrate it with NATO's Identity Management system. Your core impact is ensuring secure and reliable communication systems for NATO. This role supports the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) on critical infrastructure projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and configure virtualization environment for NNGEM application.
• Integrate NNGEM with NATO Identity Management system.
• Deploy and update NUCOM/NNGEM applications per schedule.
• Resolve incidents up to Level 2 support and escalate as needed.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years practical experience in ICT end systems support within a large organization.
• Proven experience with virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Proven experience in management of Windows and Red Hat based environments.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as PowerShell or Python.

✨ Nice to Have

• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
• Zabbix Certified Professional (ZCP).
