💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary technical resource for our customers, diagnosing and resolving issues with all-electric RV systems. You'll travel extensively to provide on-site support across the US and help build our service infrastructure from the ground up. This role combines hands-on problem solving with strategic service development in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical support for initial customer fleet
• Travel to provide on-site customer support across US locations
• Develop service procedures and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with engineering to implement product improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 0-3 years experience with electromechanical systems
• Willingness to travel 70-80% for first 6-12 months

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high voltage electrical systems
• Hands-on with wire harnessing tools
• College automotive hardware design team experience (FSAE, EcoCAR)
