Description

You will lead product integrity and quality management in a manufacturing environment, overseeing compliance with ISO 9001/17025, driving continuous improvement, and managing a team to minimize defects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• 5+ years quality experience in manufacturing, 3+ in leadership or ISO management
• Deep understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and tools like PPAP, FMEA, SPC
• ASQ CMQ/OE, CQE, or ISO Lead Auditor certification preferred
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) proficiency

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QMS compliant with ISO 9001/17025
• Plan and lead internal audits; serve as liaison for third-party audits
• Champion root cause analysis using 5-Why, DMAIC, or similar
• Oversee document control and ensure work instructions are current
• Lead and mentor quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors
