💼 About This Role

You'll support commissioning, implementation, and optimization of metal fabrication processes within our switchgear operations. You'll coordinate equipment launches, develop training, and apply lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency. This role requires 100% onsite presence in Jacksonville and offers no remote work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support installation and commissioning of metal fabrication equipment
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods using lean principles
• Implement OEE systems to track machine efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process optimization

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in a related manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of CNC machines, metal forming, and fabrication processes
• Competency in GD&T required

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to equipment commissioning or production ramp-up
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing tools (OEE, SPC)
• Experience with CNC equipment OEMs such as Amada
