Description

You will partner with Product Engineering leadership to drive product data insights, critical operating forums, and high-priority initiatives. This role involves building and monitoring key metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and scaling new product revenue streams to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability in physical operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in consulting, business operations, or chief of staff role for a high growth/large scale organization
• Strong communication and relationship building skills with executive stakeholders
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Data driven with ability to structure complex analysis and derive insights
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to execute cross-functional processes

Responsibilities

• Drive critical Product VP+ operating reviews, including execution check-in, post-launch feedback loops, and portfolio prioritization
• Build and monitor key metrics and customer feedback to develop actionable insights
• Work with Product, Engineering, and GTM partners to identify growth opportunities and execute high-priority initiatives
• Launch and scale new product revenue streams
• Build and maintain operational artifacts such as roadmaps and exec-level dashboards
