Description

You will lead the Language Clients team at ClickHouse, building a high-output culture and setting technical direction for client libraries and the broader open source ecosystem. This is a high-ownership role with autonomy expanding as you build context, working closely with engineering leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing software engineers with hiring and retention track record
• 10+ years industry experience building developer-facing tools or data-intensive systems
• Experience collaborating with open source communities
• Strong product ownership and customer-centric mindset
• Startup experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-bar engineering team
• Shape product and execution strategy for language clients
• Lead expansion from client libraries into OSS ecosystem
• Build productive relationships with product, devrel, and sales engineering
• Represent ClickHouse externally at conferences and community forums
