As a Security Associate at Carvana, you will be responsible for managing vehicle movement, conducting patrols, and ensuring safety protocols at the inspection center. You'll be the first point of contact for associates and visitors, using technology like the SAS App and RFID to maintain security.

Requirements

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven decision-making in complex environments
• Ability to handle conflict positively
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle movement through inspection center gates
• Conduct routine patrols of facility and yard
• Monitor CCTV, badge creation, and access control
• De-escalate situations and respond to incidents
• Execute Safe and Secure Principles at entrances/exits
