💼 About This Role

You'll lead field service operations for industrial electrical distribution systems at IEM, ensuring safe and efficient commissioning and service work at customer sites. You'll directly supervise Field Service Leads and balance resource planning, technical support, and employee development to drive operational excellence. This role offers a chance to shape field service strategy for a 75-year-old industry leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage field service operations for assigned division within U.S. region.
• Oversee scheduling and deployment of field service teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address staffing gaps and escalations.
• Monitor workforce utilization and report resource constraints.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of field service management experience in electrical/power systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership managing field service teams and leads.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning and maintenance processes.

• Experience with industrial electrical distribution systems.
• Familiarity with IEM products or similar switchgear/PDU equipment.
• Certification in project management (PMP) or lean six sigma.
